Boarding
Boarding at Countryside Veterinary Hospital has different options and choices but all of them include the warmth and safety of being indoors in a climate controlled full service veterinary facility. Each dog is taken to an outdoor exercise area at least twice daily for their doses of outside time for play and stretching at no extra charge. We make sure the rooms are kept clean and that the bedding is soft and comfortable. Just right for those long dreamy naps your animal enjoys. Of course they get room service for breakfast and dinner. Fresh water is delivered morning and night.

Kennels are large, well-lit with room to move and privacy panels separating neighbors. Small stainless steel cages are for our furry friends who weigh in under 15 pounds.

Boarding Policies
For everyone’s protection all animals must be current on all vaccinations. If not, animals will be vaccinated at owner’s expense. All vaccinations need to have been administered by a licensed veterinarian. Please bring proof of vaccinations with you or fax it to us prior to boarding. Our fax number is: 256-859-5930.

If your dog has not had a Bordatella vaccination within the last 6 months, it needs to be administered at least 10 days prior to boarding.

We appreciate your understanding in our efforts to keep all our patients and staff safe and protected. We have an excellent, healthy facility and our high standards will keep it that way.

Grooming
Whether your furry friends need a bath or a breed specific trim, Countryside Veterinary Hospital is the place to go. We have grooming and bathing services available Monday through Friday during regular business hours. Included in these services are nail trims, external anal gland expression, a brush out and blow dry.
